A maps.apple.com link still opens in the browser

Since Android 12, the system does not offer an app chooser for links on domains the app's developer does not own. The domain belongs to Apple, so Pinvia cannot verify itself against it and you have to enable handling once.

Open Pinvia and tap “Open supported links automatically”, or go to Settings → Apps → Pinvia → Open supported links and add maps.apple.com there.

The other route always works: in Messages or WhatsApp, long-press the link, choose Share and pick Pinvia.

My navigation app is not in the list

The list is built from apps that tell the system they can open a location. If yours is missing, it most likely does not announce that, and no intermediary app can add it. Use the last item in the list to copy the coordinates and paste them into your navigation app's search box.

Write to us and say which app is missing — if it has its own way of accepting a location, we will try to add it.

The app says there are no coordinates in the link

Some Apple Maps links do not carry the point directly and have to be resolved through Apple's servers. Check your internet connection and try again. If it keeps happening for one specific link, send it to us — Apple's formats change and the reader sometimes needs adjusting.

How many pins do I get for free

Two new locations in each calendar month. A pin you have opened stays unlocked until the end of the month and you can return to it without spending the limit. The counter is on the main screen.

Is there anything to cancel

No. The payment is one-off and unlocks 30 days. Nothing renews on its own, so there is no subscription to manage and nothing that will charge you again without you deciding to.

I paid from my wallet but access did not unlock

Access is granted only once the Solana network confirms the transaction. When the network is congested, confirmation can arrive later than the app waits. Reopen the app after a few minutes. If the funds left your wallet and there is still no access, write to us with the transaction signature.

The wallet refuses to sign the payment

The network fee is paid in SOL, even though the payment itself is in USDC. A wallet holding only USDC and no SOL will not sign the transaction. A small amount of SOL is enough.

I changed phones and lost the period I paid for

Access is stored on the device and does not follow your wallet — a limitation we state plainly in the terms. Write to us with the transaction signature if the period is still running.

Still not working

Write to support@cactusprotocol.com. It helps if you include your phone model, Android version, where you installed the app from, and the link that causes trouble.
